We biked north along the Potomac River, then turned inland along the Rock Creek Park Bike Trail.

This beautiful bike path runs approximately 20 miles through Rock Creek Park, and you would never guess that you're in the middle of the nation's capitol!

The bike path passes by the National Zoo, which we visited primarily to see the Pandas on-loan from China.
