In May 2005 we exchanged our Marriott Desert Springs timeshare for the Marriott Imperial Palms in Orlando, Florida. We had wonderful weather that was warm (but not hot) with low humidity.

The resort consists of one long four-story building, with about twelve units per floor. All the units have three bedrooms. There are elevators & stairs in the center of the building, and stairs at each end.
There is small, quiet pool at the southern end of the building, and tennis courts at the other end. There is a larger pool in the adjacent Royal Palms resort, a very short walk away.

The villa has a well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar, and the dining table can seat eight.
The living room has a large sectional sofa, and plenty of natural light from the windows.
The master bedroom had a king bed, a two-person round jacuzzi tub, and a nice view from the windows and patio.
We spent a lot of time sitting on the screened patio enjoying the nice weather, and watching the three glass elevators going up & down the outside of the adjacent Marriott World Center hotel.
The units in the southern half of the building have a view of lake & trees, while the units in the northern half have a golfcourse view.
