As we walked from the Vietnam Memorial to the Korean Memorial, we stopped for another "photo op" with the Washington Monument.

The Korean War Veterans Memorial had an ethereal feeling to it, especially in the fading evening light.

Leaving the Korean War Memorial, we enjoyed this view of the Lincoln Memorial through the autumn-colored trees.

After a little more walking, we were greeted by this view of the Lincoln Memorial, reflected in its aptly named Reflecting Pool.

Walking to the east end of the Reflecting Pool, we came to the World War II Memorial.
